Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tech leez, available at tech-leez.com, handles information when readers browse the website, contact the editorial team or use an interactive feature. It is written for an India-focused publication and is intended to provide clear, accessible notice about current data practices.

Information we may receive

Most Tech leez pages can be read without creating an account. When you use the Contact page, you may choose to provide a name, email address, message, article URL or other details necessary to answer your enquiry. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, financial credentials, medical records or confidential third-party material through a general contact form.

Technical systems may automatically record limited device and request information such as an Internet Protocol address, browser type, referring page, requested URL, date and time, security events and error logs. Hosting, caching and security providers may process this information to deliver pages, protect the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. Tech leez does not use those logs to make sensitive decisions about individual readers.

Purposes and legal basis

Information is processed only for defined operational purposes: delivering the website, responding to messages, maintaining security, measuring aggregate performance, complying with legal obligations and improving editorial products. Where consent is the appropriate basis, the request should describe the specific purpose in clear language and provide a practical way to withdraw. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn.

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 establish a phased framework for digital personal data. Tech leez intends to review its notices and controls as applicable provisions take effect. References to this framework describe an operational commitment and are not a representation that every provision applies to every activity.

Contact messages

Contact-form submissions are used to review and respond to the request, investigate corrections, evaluate topic suggestions or address privacy and rights enquiries. Messages may be shared internally with the person best placed to respond. They are not sold. A message may be retained for a reasonable period when needed to document a correction, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse or meet a legal requirement.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies may support security, administration and basic site functions. Logged-in administrators receive WordPress authentication cookies. Performance or analytics tools, if enabled, should be configured to minimise data and should be described in the Cookie Policy. Advertising, personalisation or non-essential tracking should not be activated without an appropriate consent and notice process.

Service providers and disclosures

Tech leez may rely on service providers for hosting, content delivery, security, email delivery, backups, analytics or form processing. Providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and must protect it under appropriate terms. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect readers or the publication, investigate fraud or enforce site terms.

International processing

Some providers may store or process information outside the reader’s state or country. When this occurs, Tech leez will consider the provider’s security practices, contractual commitments and applicable transfer requirements. No online service can promise absolute security, but reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be maintained.

Retention and deletion

Information should be retained only for as long as necessary for its stated purpose, security, recordkeeping and legal obligations. Routine logs may be deleted or aggregated on a rolling basis. Contact messages may be deleted when they are no longer needed. Backup copies may persist for a limited period until normal rotation is complete.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and the nature of the processing, you may request information about your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, withdrawal of consent or grievance handling. Requests should be sent through the Contact page with enough detail to identify the relevant interaction. Tech leez may need to verify the requester’s identity and may retain limited information required to document the response.

Children’s information

Tech leez is a general-audience publication and does not knowingly invite children to create accounts or submit personal data. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information through the site should contact us so the situation can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

Policy changes and contact

This policy may change when features, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date will be revised and material changes may receive additional notice. Privacy questions or requests can be submitted through the Contact page under the subject “Privacy”.
